
CANCELLATION POLICY
To allow space for others to join a class, we kindly ask for:
​— 12 hours notice for group classes (mat and reformer)
— 24 hours notice for private sessions​​
​
Late cancellations within these windows are subject to the following:
— Group classes: The class credit will be used. For unlimited members, a $10 late cancellation fee will be applied.
— Private sessions: The full session fee will be charged.​
This helps us open up spots for other guests and honours the time of our instructors.
SOCK POLICY
For your comfort and safety, we have a sock policy in place.
​
​​— Mat Pilates: Socks are mandatory if using one of our mats. Grip socks are encouraged but not required.
​— Reformer Pilates: Grip socks are required in the reformer studio, no exceptions
​— Yoga: We recommend that you bring your own yoga mat! For convenience, mats are available to borrow. If you’re using a studio mat, we kindly ask that you wear grip socks or bring a mat cover.​
PHONE-FREE STUDIO
We’re a phone-free space during class time. To protect everyone’s experience and privacy, calls, emails, filming, and texting are not permitted during class. If you need to step out for any reason, you’re always welcome to do so quietly.

If you would like to take photos or film content, we kindly ask that you do so before or after class (or between classes/studio hours). Our team is also happy to help if you need a hand!
LATE ARRIVALS
Life happens, we get it. We allow a 5-minute grace period for all classes. After that, late entry won’t be permitted to minimize disruptions for fellow guests and preserve the flow of the class.
SWITCHING CLASSES
We’d love to offer full flexibility, but the spot you reserve is just for you. If you try to switch to a later session within the cancellation window, you’re effectively taking up two spots and we want to be fair to others hoping to attend.

If you would like to move to an earlier session, we’ll do our best to accommodate if there’s space available.
PACKAGE SHARING + TRANSFERS
Class packages and memberships are non-shareable and non-transferable.
​​— Each guest must have their own Momence account and completed waiver.
​​— Memberships and packages cannot be shared or moved between accounts.

If you're looking to treat someone to a class, we offer gift cards and one-time purchase options. If you’re unable to use a package (due to a move, for example), please reach out! We’re happy to review one-time transfer requests on a case-by-case basis.
PACKAGE EXPIRIES + EXTENSIONS
To help keep things consistent for all clients, all packages and memberships come with clearly defined expiry dates:
— Intro offers: 1-month expiry from date of purchase
— 2-week unlimited mat classes: 2-week expiry from date of purchase
— Class and private packages: 6-month expiry from date of purchase
— Monthly memberships: Credits do not roll over from month to month
We are unable to offer extensions on any packages or memberships. We recommend booking your sessions early to get the most out of your pass!
