​At Peridot Wellness, our classes are intentionally designed to help you get the most out of every session, whether you're on the reformer, grounded on the mat, or finding stillness in breath. We keep our class sizes small to ensure personalized guidance, precise form, and a supportive environment where your individual goals and needs are always prioritized.

We don’t categorize classes by difficulty, because challenge is personal. A foundational class can feel just as powerful as an advanced one when it’s tailored to your body. That’s why we focus on the intricacy and intention of movement, offering thoughtful variations, mindful pacing, and space to meet yourself where you are.

If you’re new to Pilates or yoga, working with an injury, or pregnant, we recommend beginning with one of our more foundational offerings. These classes are designed with adaptability in mind and can be easily modified by our skilled instructors.

For those looking to explore deeper layers, build strength, or move at a faster rhythm, we offer progressive formats that incorporate props, layering, and pace. Each class at Peridot is here to support your evolution, in strength, in presence, and in connection with your body.​

REFORMER PILATES
REFORMER FUNDAMENTALS
Suitable for all levels including beginners, injury, rehabilitation, pre and post natal.

Will build on foundational movements and can be progressed for more advanced participants looking for more of a challenge.
Fundamental experience is strongly recommended before taking other classes.
REFORMER SCULPT
Suitable for all levels. We recommend at least one fundamental class or private session to familiarize with the machine.
This class is more athletic and energetic than fundamental classes but can be modified to suit most. This class is designed to lengthen and tone the whole body.
Suitable for most trimesters, but please consult with your primary care provider first.
REFORMER CHALLENGE
Our most challenging reformer class designed to incorporate more advanced movements to sculpt and tone the whole body.
Reformer experience is strongly recommended as a prerequisite to the class.
May not be suitable for active injuries or beyond the first trimester.

This supportive and strengthening class is designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy and into your postpartum recovery. This class blends gentle strengthening, deep core and pelvic floor activation, mobility work, and breath awareness. All tailored to the changing needs of your body.
Led by a knowledgeable instructor trained in pre and postnatal care, you'll be guided through safe, effective movements that build resilience, relieve tension, and promote overall well-being. This class offers a safe space to move, connect, and feel supported.
OFF THE BARRE
Off the Barre is a Pilates-inspired class that blends the precision of Pilates with the sculpting strength of barre, all done on the mat or using small props.
Expect low-impact, high-control movement that targets the core, glutes, arms, and legs with pulsing, holding, and layering.
This class is upbeat and energizing, with a strong focus on alignment, posture, and muscular endurance. We’ll keep you grounded, centred, and feeling the fire, all without ever holding onto a barre.

YIN YOGA WITH FLOW
This class is designed to support the body’s natural recovery and the mind’s need for stillness.
Yin Yoga uses long, passive holds to access the deep fascia and joints, improving mobility, reducing stress, and encouraging balance in the connective tissues. Paired with guided meditation, this practice helps release habitual tension, calm the nervous system, and enhance mindfulness.
No prior experience needed, just bring your breath.
CANDLELIT RESTORATIVE
Candlelit Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing, slow-paced practice designed to support rest, regulation, and full-body release. Set in a softly lit, candlelit space, this class invites you to slow down. You’ll be guided through a number of fully supported restorative postures, held for longer periods of time to allow the nervous system to settle and the body to soften. Gentle breath awareness and instructor cues encourage relaxation, helping to release physical tension and mental fatigue while supporting the body’s natural ability to rest and reset.
This practice is intentionally quiet and grounding, offering space to unplug, restore energy, and reconnect with a sense of calm.
