TORONTO'S INTEGRATIVE WHOLE HEALTH CLINIC AND BOUTIQUE PILATES STUDIO

who it's for
Chiropractic Clinical Pilates is ideal for those recovering from injury, managing pain, or seeking to improve posture, strength, and alignment through guided, therapeutic movement. This program bridges chiropractic care with movement-based rehab to support functional recovery and long-term wellness.
Common reasons clients begin Chiropractic Rehab Pilates include:
Back, neck, or pelvic pain
Postural imbalances or workplace-related strain
Injury recovery and prevention
Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation
Disc herniation or discogenic pain
Prenatal and postpartum recovery
Scoliosis or spinal asymmetry
Core weakness or instability
Hypermobility or joint instability
TMJ dysfunction or gait imbalances
How it works
Our Chiropractic Rehab Pilates program is designed to help you recover, restore function, and move with confidence. Each program combines clinical expertise, personalized treatment, and guided movement to support your unique goals.

The program is built around three main components:

1. Assessment
Your program begins with a comprehensive assessment by a licensed chiropractor. We review your health history, evaluate posture, movement patterns, and alignment, and identify areas of pain, weakness, or imbalance. This allows us to create a customized plan that targets your specific concerns.

2. Treatment
Following your assessment, your chiropractor will provide hands-on treatment and guidance tailored to your needs. This may include spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, or other clinically indicated interventions designed to support recovery, improve mobility, and reduce pain.

3. Movement
Movement is medicine. Your plan includes personalized Clinical Pilates sessions that focus on strength, stability, and mobility in the areas identified during your assessment. Each exercise is guided to ensure proper technique and progression, helping you rehabilitate safely, prevent injury, and improve posture and function.

4. Re-evaluation
After completing your Clinical Pilates sessions, you’ll check in with your chiropractor for a re-evaluation. This visit assesses your progress, updates your goals, and determines next steps. If clinically indicated, you may continue with additional Chiropractic Rehab Pilates session or transition into non-clinicial sessions or small group classes to maintain your progress longterm.

By combining assessment, treatment, and guided movement, Chiropractic Rehab Pilates offers a holistic, evidence-based approach to pain relief, injury recovery, and long-term wellness.

FAQs
1 / how can I book sessions?
Initial visits, assessments, and treatments can be booked online via our booking page. All Clinical Pilates sessions must be booked by contacting us directly. This ensures that studio space is available for you and that your session is fully supported.
2 / Who runs the pilates sessions?
Our Chiropractic Rehab Pilates sessions are facilitated by a select group of our comprehensively certified Pilates instructors who are trained to carry out the treatment plans outlined by your chiropractor. A chiropractor will be onsite during your appointment, ensuring clinical oversight and safety. These appointments remain eligible for coverage under your extended health benefits.
3 / how often will I need sessions?
Frequency depends on your treatment plan and goals. Most clients attend once weekly, but your chiropractor will suggest a schedule that maximizes progress and recovery.
4 / Are sessions private or semi-priv?
Sessions are private by default. A semi-private option is available if both participants are enrolled in the Chiropractic Rehab Program. Non-clinical semi-private sessions can also be arranged for group bookings.
5 / When are sessions available?
Chiropractic Pilates sessions are offered Monday–Saturday, mainly mid-morning and afternoon. Limited morning and evening spots are available due to small group class scheduling, so we recommend booking in advance.
