Purchase Policies

We have several pricing options to suit your needs. Please read and familiarize yourself with our cancelation policy and expiration dates before purchasing any packages as some options might not suit your needs.

All appointments (private, semi private, private trio/quad, and Chiro/Physio rehab) have a strict 24-hour cancelation policy.  Our group classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Please notify or cancel before the cancelation cut off of your session to avoid full charge of the missed appointment/class.

All of our intro offers have a 1 month expiry from the time of purchase, no exemptions.

All other classes and packages have a 1 year expiry from the time of purchase. Classes must be booked within the time frame above as we do not offer package extensions.
