how it works

Naturopathic Pilates integrates assessment, treatment, and movement to create a personalized, effective approach for your wellness journey.

The program is built around three main components:

01

INITIAL VISIT

Your first session begins with a comprehensive initial appointment with a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. We review your health history and wellness goals to design a personalized Pilates plan that complements your naturopathic care.

02

TREATMENT

Treatment includes targeted guidance to support recovery, restore balance, and optimize your overall energy and wellbeing. This ensures that movement addresses your specific physical and systemic needs. Depending on your goals this may include:

Follow-up Strategy Visits (30-60 minutes) to review progress and provide guidance on lifestyle, movement and wellness strategies

Naturopathic Acupuncture Sessions, to support circulation, reduce tension, improve energy balance and compliment your movement therapy.

03

MOVEMENT

Your Naturopathic Pilates sessions focus on strength, stability, and mobility, with exercises customized for your goals. Each session is private, fully guided, and tailored to your abilities,  helping you restore balance, reduce stress, and improve body awareness.
