Meet the amazing Pilates, Yoga and fitness instructors At Peridot Wellness
Our Pilates and Yoga teachers have extensive training from diverse backgrounds with a shared interest in overall health and wellbeing. If you are in Toronto and you have always wanted to try Pilates or Yoga, but are not sure where to start as a beginner, look no further! Our teachers have extensive experience teaching classes at all levels from beginner to advanced.
Our studio offers boutique style classes with low student to teacher ratios. Classes can be taught at mixed levels to challenge advanced students while supporting beginner students to build movement competency. Our group reformer Pilates classes are based on the six principles of Pilates by Joseph Pilates (breathing, concentration, entering, control, precision and flow) with a contemporary approach to movement.
