Massage Therapy

At Peridot Wellness, massage therapy services integrate a variety of treatment techniques to provide an individualized plan specific to your needs. The overall goal is to reduce tension, relieve pain, reduce stress and improve overall health and well being.

We offer a variety of different treatment styles. When booking your massage, please indicate the goals of treatment so that your therapist can tailor the appointment to your needs.  We offer 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute massages.  If you are looking for a relaxation treatment we recommend booking at least 60 minutes. With sport specific treatments, you can book a 30 minute massage if you are looking to focus on one area specifically.
