Catherine Rojas-Contento

Meet Catherine, our Clinic and Studio Manager. Catherine has been in the field of communications, marketing, and customer service for 10+ years. Working in, and understanding, the field of health & wellness has been a passion of hers since she was

a teenager. 

 

After using the power of nutrition and supplementation to support her health, Catherine became a Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) and Health Guide in 2022, graduating from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN). Before that, she graduated from Dalhousie University, majoring in International and Domestic Development with a focus on Food Security.  

 

Find Catherine at our front desk planning, organizing, creating our newsletter, and managing our social media. When she is not at Peridot, find her hosting her Walk Club, attending a pilates or hot yoga class, or hosting dinner parties for her loved ones.
