Grecia is thrilled to be in Toronto and providing pelvic health and orthopaedic physiotherapy at Peridot Wellness! Grecia enjoys working with pregnant and postpartum mothers to provide them the knowledge and tools to manage their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. Grecia also has a special interest in working with people experiencing complex pain conditions. As someone with endometriosis, Grecia understands the importance of treating the whole person, and not just their symptoms. Through her training with experts in pelvic health, Grecia has extensive expertise in assessing and treating a variety of complex urogenital and ano-rectal conditions, such as urinary incontinence (bladder leakage), vulvodynia (painful sex), interstitial cystisis/bladder pain syndrome, and lichens sclerosis. She strives to work in partnership with her patients, so they feel empowered to manage their pain and symptoms.

Grecia completed both her Master of Science in Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. She is currently completing her PhD at Western University, where her research is focused on maternity care providers' management of risk in childbirth. She is also a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (Orthopaedic Division & Women’s Health Division), the International Association for the Study of Pain, and the International Pelvic Pain Society.
