Meet Faye, a dedicated and passionate Certified Holistic Health Coach and Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the OCSWSSW. Her professional journey has been centered around providing integrative and holistic health coaching and counselling to individuals seeking to improve their overall well-being.

 

Faye completed her Bachelors of Social Work (BSW) at Toronto Metropolitan University. Faye spent two years making a positive impact on youth mental health while at Kids Help Phone supporting their Indigenous initiatives department. 

After battling with weight fluctuations, anxiety, bloating, and cravings for what felt like forever, she was diagnosed with PCOS. Through her own health challenges, she fell in love with holistic healing and enrolled at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

 

Her mission is to help individuals find balance, reconnect with themselves, and regain control of their health and wellbeing. Through her client-led and individualized approach, Faye leads her clients on a wellness journey that encompasses both their mental and physical health. Her practice is based on principles of nourishment, bio-individuality, holistic healing, self-love and balance.

 

She believes true healing addresses the mind, body, and soul – it’s about the inner work, not just what’s on your plate. She guides and supports individuals who are currently struggling with their wellness to regain the confidence to take care of themselves through building sustainable and self-loving habits.

 

When she's not immersed in her health coaching and counselling, you'll find her lost in the pages of a good book, savouring a cup of matcha, indulging in brunch, and spending quality time outdoors with long walks. She's an enthusiastic foodie always on the hunt for new culinary experiences, and she thrives on anything that sparks her creative juices. Faye's multifaceted interests reflect her commitment to helping others and her love for a well-rounded, enriching life!
